Mangroves Tours

The Pacific coast of Costa Rica is home to approximately 41,300 hectares of mangrove systems, with 16,000 hectaresbelonging to the Térraba-Sierpe system. This unique system is shaped by the fluvial influence of the Grande Térraba River and the Sierpe River, with drainage basins spanning 4,767 km² and 1,966 km², respectively.

The mangroves in this region are some of the largest and most densely populated per hectare along the Central American Pacific coast.

To fully experience this extraordinary ecosystem, we offer kayak and boat tours, allowing you to explore and appreciate the majestic beauty of the mangroves up close. 🌿🚤
